Safepak SafeSeal® Low Residue 36 Micron label is a tamper-evident polyester label film designed to show clear signs of interference while leaving minimal adhesive residue when removed. Suitable for a wide range of secure sealing applications, it provides strong adhesion performance across ambient, low, and elevated temperatures. Safepak’s SafeSeal® labels meet the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority Rule 109, the requirement to securely label air freighted boxes or cartons to ensure integrity of the supply chain. SafeSeal® labels are suitable for sealing export airfreight cartons and pallets for organisations who want fast tracked export clearance. The low-residue adhesive delivers high initial tack and performs consistently across temperature variations, while still lifting cleanly from surfaces when required. Custom hidden messages, colour variations, printing, and die-cut sizing are all available, making it a versatile solution for secure labelling and sealed packaging.
